Before starting your perfect and fine-tuned program, a comprehensive intake will take place. To ensure maximum effectiveness, I will make a movement analysis and you will be tested on matters such as flexibility, strength, motor skills and physical condition.
 
Together we will regularly evaluate your progress. I will guard your movements and make sure your workout is diverse and has the right intensity.
