Why Elles?

Why Elles? Admit it: we live in a world that leaves us less and less time for ourselves. While our stresslevels are rising, we pay less attention to our physical fitness. On top of that: Time is money. Who nowadays takes time to work on themselves, who has got the energy left to do so? That is where a personal trainer can make a difference. That is where I can make a difference.


 

Nobody is the same. Every individual has a different way of life, background and physique. During my trainings you will receive personal attention, mental coaching and you will only spend the time that is needed to achieve your highest reachable goals. Also medical fitness and cooperating with a physio- or manual-therapist are among the possibilities. Training, nutrition, recovery and motivation are all equally important. In the long run this will result in a mentality change of which you will surely benefit from.
